The Monarch Resort in Pacific Grove was a convenient stay for my family, close to a wedding venue and with accommodating staff. The breakfast was good, and I appreciated the option to take it back to the room. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness could be improved. The location allowed for easy access to landmarks like Lovers Point Park and the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History, enhancing family bonding. The relaxation facilities, including the sun terrace and swimming pool, added enjoyment to our stay.

Perfect & fabulous rooms with a fireplace.

The Queen Room at The Monarch Resort was cozy and charming with a lovely fireplace that was restocked daily, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. As a traveler who loves comfort and a touch of luxury, I felt right at home.

Personally, I found the marble fireplace in some rooms a bit too flashy for my taste.

Original place, I truly enjoyed attentive personnel.

The hotel was fairly clean, being close to the beach. The room with a personal fireplace was good value. They offered me coffee and fruit. The location was comfortable and decent, about 20-minute walk into town.

We spend 2 nights in Pacific Grove lovely. The rooms were quiet and complete with three tables with 4 chairs and fridge and microwave, as for instance.

Our stay at the Monarch Resort was an ideal getaway to California's lovely Central Coast. The charming neighborhoods, scenic beaches, and plenty of outdoor fun made for a fantastic family vacation. The resort's world-class amenities and beautiful surroundings provided a perfect setting for quality family time.

My wife says that the breakfast could have included more healthy options for the kids, such as whole wheat bread or low-sugar yogurt.

Hotel was original and absolutely great, I appreciated the stay.

The location was great and stunning as for me, close enough to many shops and the coastline and Monterey Bay Aquarium. It also was in the area until late. Stayed in a fairly quiet room with fridge and microwave.

This location was quiet, near coastline, Cannery Row, and the beach and other popular locations. I got complimentary suite with fridge and microwave as an upgrade, nice gesture.

During my stay at Monarch Resort for a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the outdoor heated pool, dry sauna, and hot tub available onsite. After a long day of meetings, I found it incredibly relaxing to unwind in the heated pool and then enjoy the peaceful environment of the dry sauna. The hot tub was also a great way to relieve any tension and stress. I appreciated the convenience of having these amenities at the hotel, and they definitely added to the overall positive experience of my stay.
